A group of over 60 year old open water swimmers, brave a relay from Bremerton, Washington to West Seattle in the very cold Salish Sea. This historic event is the first of its kind. All swimmers are over 60 years old and no relay has ever swam this path. The film follows the diverse relay, which is made up of former Olympic level swimmers, a hippy living in her van, and several other shining seniors. The Silver Seals prove that striving towards dreams and goals cannot be defined by one's age.
